@jmspool @inkblurt Knew that - but thanks for clarifying. To be more specific, I’m not aware of 6 sigma requiring / including direct customer (people) participation. Most incarnations of DT I’ve encountered make some kind of nod to direct voice of customers - even if it’s just window dressing.
