    @jmspool @inkblurt I don’t have direct experience operationalizing six sigma or voice of quality, but don’t take them as directly human / people centered (?). Customer centricity’s reinvigorated moment makes me think it’s really one prime attractor in a recurring cycle like centralize / centralize.
