@ChrisRisdon Two main goals for this: 1) Better ratio of design-focused staff to all people and activity in a program (more designers, we hope). And 2) Design staff aren’t necessarily exclusively bound to a Scrum team or pod; mappings can be adaptive based on impact (...it depends).
